Brooks Consulting is a US-based consultancy providing process reengineering and change management consulting services to some of the biggest Fortune 500 companies, often during times of trouble.

Since its founding 46 years ago, the firm has established a sterling reputation in the world of implementation consulting. In the last four years the firm has undergone tremendous growth (20% each year for the past 4 years), resulting in a need to hire people in key operating positions.

Brooks has immediate needs for Principal level consultants. This position is a unique combination of client relationship building and operations. 50% of this individual’s time will be directed at advancing and enlarging the current client relationships, targeted towards expansion and advancement of client relationships resulting in more work. The other 50% will be directed toward running client operations, most probably directing project managers, and subject matter experts in completing expectations of the client assignment.

The cultural fit is very important to us. The nature of our consultancy requires us to be on site a great deal of time. Therefore travel is a way of life at Brooks.
