£650-700 per day ++
Exceptional opportunity to play a key role in a major Business transfomraiton programme.You will be responsible for developing and delivering large scale organisation design to support the delivery of business benefits on a major transformation programmes.
Managing the design and implementation of the following types of organisational change:
change to organisational structure and reporting lines
undertaking organisation impact assesments
high level headcount planning
The role will entail:
Designing and implementing centralised service functions, such as customer service centres or consolidated finance functions within large organisations;
Developing and delivering staff transition plans and employee communications to support major organisational change
Managing ER and Union engagement including employee consultation and assessment processes;
Implementing organisational change in line with process and technology change
You must be comfortable operating at Executive level within large organisations and have the ability to engage across all levels Designing, delivering and facilitating effective workshops
You must also have external consulting experience - in the area of change management and more specifically in organisation design. A 2:1 degree from a recognized university is also important. Experience of managing large consulting/client teams is also important.
