My client is a manufactring operation where the GM and the Dir. of HR are looking for someone with experience in leading an organization down the path of a lean journey.


Lean has never been implemented at this plant and thus they require someone with experience in seeing the strategic as well as the tactical aspects of introducing and creating a plant wide "buy in" to this process which is fully supported at the Corporate Level and at the Plant Leadership Level.
