Customer Service Support
A leading IT solutions provider is seeking to hire a Customer Service Support to be based in Dubai. You will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will need to handle inbound calls, address customer queries and properly document the details of the call. In addition, you are expected to adhere to the escalation procedures and account verification process. To qualify, you should be a graduate, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience from a call center industry. Candidates with exceptional communication skills in English and advance technical knowledge will be given preference.
