Contract opportunity - Integration Lead - London

Rate: to £725 per day - 3/6 month project


This is an immediately available contract role to assist the Business Operations Director with transformational government work.

The immediate need is to help in all the alignment work on the project and the management of all the various reporting requirements, escalation and governance around this. It involves the joint management of the programme of cross-departmental workgroups who are looking at requirements and common ways of working across web convergence areas, including strategy, implementing of transactions etc, as well as a number of other alignment initiatives.

Beyond this there will be the need to cover engagement in the work on transformational government across all the Varney workstreams, identifying what the client should be doing and how they should respond.

The Business Operations Director essentially requires someone to act independently and to provide guidance and support through the relationships of Transformational Government.

The candidate will need a knowledge of transformational government, Varney and the STA. They should also be able to think strategically about how government policy affects the client and how it interacts in cross-departmental programmes.

Candidates could be existing consultants withe experience of similar Government related projects or could come directly from Government at c.Grade 7 level.
