Production Planning & Control
Looking after daily activities, production schedules, raw materials standardization, implementing quality tools, machine loading for optimum output and allocating work for achieving monthly production targets.
Monitoring the production process and achieving the production targets within time and cost parameters.
Implementing process control through statistical techniques for production optimisation, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).
Minimising performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximisation of men, material & machine.
Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same.
